AFM Consulting supported major international staffing firm throughout the tender planning and production of the detailed response to the ITT. We worked in partnership with Stakeholders within the Public Sector sales team and the in-house Bid Team to provide innovation, creativity and focus. The customer is now a ‘Top Three’ supplier to OGC Buying.Solutions Catalist Framework in this category. Approximate value 2007-2008 is in excess of £25m.

Outsourced the entire bid process (on a fixed-price + win bonus basis) on behalf of a medium-sized CIS/ICT staffing firm with minimal exposure to Public Sector. The client was selected as one of four suppliers to this major Department to provide a wide range of specialist contract staff.
Retained as Bid Director by a publicly listed company to provide innovative thinking and focus, working in partnership with in-house Bid Team for a major MoD Catalogue. The client was selected as one of five suppliers with an estimated annual contract value of over £5million

Bid Director for a UK wide Enforcement/Collections company tendering for a Framework Agreement with HM Court Service. A three year contract was awarded as prime supplier for a significant geographical area and a similar Framework was awarded as reserve supplier for a different area.
