PROCUREMENT/SUPPLY CHAIN CONSULTANCY

Its Consultants and Associates specialise in pre-procurement Requirements Analysis prior to the development of Invitations of Expressions of Interest (EoI), Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) or Requests for Information (RFIs) to be advertised in accordance with EU legislation. Our consultants work as partners with your team of Stakeholders and Procurement professionals to produce Invitations to Tender (ITTs) and/or Statements of Service Requirements (SSRs), Evaluation and Pricing Models and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Over the past eight years our consultants have developed many procurement documents and the organisation has a comprehensive library of templates which can be quickly tailored to your specific requirements at modest cost.

Working closely in partnership with your organisation’s Purchasing and Stakeholder team(s) the Consultants and/or Associates develop the Procurement Strategy and Timetable. Prior to publishing any advertisements (OJEU for Public Sector, Trade Journals and/or newspapers for private/commercial sector) the minimum qualification criteria for respondents to the EoI/PQQ will have been decided and these criteria will be published in the advertisement.

AFM Consulting professionals where required will then take part in the complete evaluation process working as part of your Stakeholder/Procurement team; we will also provide ad hoc expertise and support to your staff where required.
